Delete your account

Enter the email address you sign in to loopcat with. We'll send it a code; entering the code deletes your account right away — there is no waiting period. You don't need the app, and you don't need to be signed in.

Step 1 · Your email

If an account uses this address, a 6-digit code arrives within a minute. It expires in 10 minutes.

What happens right away

  • Your account is permanently deleted, and you're signed out on every device. You cannot sign in to or restore this account.
  • Your profile, Personas, stories, saves, Bond progress, Bells and VIP access can no longer be reached by anyone — not by you, not by other players.
  • Bots you created are taken off loopcat, public ones included: other players can no longer find or start them.
  • Links you shared stop working.
  • Signing in again with the same Apple ID, Google account or email address starts a new, empty account. Nothing from the deleted one comes back.

After your account is deleted, your profile (including your email address), Personas, characters you created, stories, uploads and generated media are automatically and permanently erased in a background process. You do not need to email us to start this. Erasure is not instantaneous; processing delays or failures may take additional time. Some payment records, analytics data and backup copies may remain as described in our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions

A VIP subscription bought on loopcat.ai is cancelled when your account is deleted. A subscription bought through Google Play or the App Store is billed by them: cancel it in the store, or it keeps renewing.
